Since 2004, TDX has helped creditors across many industry sectors maximise the value of their unpaid debts. TDX is a data driven business offering Platforms, Tools and Services developed to enable our clients to build bespoke solutions to optimise their returns.

What we do

Debt Collection

Our Debt Collection Platform, Tools and Services enable creditors to improve cash returns and improve operational effectiveness when using debt collection agencies (DCAs). At its simplest, PLATO, our award-winning debt placement and management platform, places the right debt with the right agency at the right price. Clients are able to place debt at a segment level to multiple DCAs through a single interface, while capturing and analysing the data required to continuously improve performance. With additional Tools and Services, clients can enhance segmentation, optimise debt placement and pricing, and perfect liquidation strategies bespoke to each type of debt. PLATO is the UK's largest debt placement and management Platform.

IVA Management

The Insolvency Exchange (TIX) works with creditors to give confidence that every IVA case is set up and managed rigorously to ensure the proposal is fair to both the creditor and the debtor. Our TIX Platform, Tools and Services provide clients with the benefit of our industry standard protocols, processes and influence with the insolvency practitioner community to most effectively manage IVA assets whilst capturing and analysing the data required to continuously improve liquidation performance. TIX is the largest IVA management Platform in the UK.

Debt Sale

TDX Debt Sale works with creditors to ensure they get the best return from the sale of debt portfolios while ensuring marketing sustainability and mitigating the risks of change of ownership. Our Platform, VENDO, and its Tools and Services allows our clients to provide purchasers with a fully validated data set, a segmented portfolio which aligns with current purchaser appetite and a robustly managed structured and transparent bidding process. VENDO is Europe's largest debt sale Platform having been at the centre of debt sale transactions since 2004.

Advisory Services

TDX Advisory services gives creditors access to our data and expertise to identify quick wins and benchmark internal processes and performance to drive strategy enhancements in their business. Our Advisory team is formed of a team of credit risk professionals with a wealth of experience in debt prevention and recovery having completed well over a hundred engagements across a global footprint. We help our clients to understand the true value of their debt and identify action plans to optimise performance.

TDX Platforms are the technology infrastructure through which debt liquidation processes are executed. Typical off-the shelf solutions really aren't good enough so we invest in advanced solutions, purpose-built for debt placement, debt sales or IVA management.

TDX Tools are tailored to improve effectiveness for whichever debt liquidation platform they support. All are enhanced by unique TDX data.

TDX Services further improve performance with data analysis, third party performance management, industry benchmarking and unique insight from the industry's broadest dataset.

Platforms are network-connected, fully scalable, fast to deploy and easy to integrate into existing systems and processes. This reduces costs and time-to-value. Tools and Services are entirely flexible enabling our clients to choose the right balance of internal control and external support to perfect their liquidation strategy

Our roots are in credit risk management at companies such as Capital One, GE and HSBC and we have attracted industry leaders from both the US and UK markets. Our unique combination of innovative analysis and experienced delivery teams ensure that TDX is on the leading edge of key trends and industry developments.

Analytics and practical expertise is at the centre of our propositions driven by our commitment to deliver incremental performance to our clients, our achievements are possible thanks to having 25 risk analysts and combined expertise of over 600 years in the debt industry.

Backed by strength

TDX continues to enjoy a relationship with venture investors, Blenheim Chalcot, who supported the launch of the company in 2004. In 2008, TDX secured an investment from Investcorp Technology Partners, the technology private equity arm of alternative investment manager Investcorp. This further enhanced the financial strength of the company, and has provided a stimulus to continued future growth and investment.

TDX has a strong commitment to the research, development and improvement of its proprietary Platforms, Tools and Services including PLATO, TIX and VENDO. This is reflected in the levels of R&D investment in 2011, with plans to spend £2 million on platform and new product development. Since 2004 we have invested over £15 million in developing the Platforms, Tools and Services that continue to drive innovation into the debt industry.
