Equifax & TDX Group named as suppliers on the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 Framework

Equifax and TDX Group are proud to announce that they have been selected to provide services to Government via the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) G-Cloud 13 framework.

The G-Cloud 13 framework, which went live on 9 November, provides Government organisations with a quick and easy route to cloud-based technology and specialist digital services for use by public sector organisations, via a self-serve digital marketplace.  The framework ensures that providing services to Government bodies is faster and cheaper than entering individual procurement contracts and is divided into three categories: cloud hosting; cloud software; and cloud support.

TDX Group services include:

  • Recoveries Management - Improving debt resolution and delivering value for money for the public sector.
  • Digital Debt Gateway (DDG) - A self-serve platform providing public sector departments and public bodies with access to debt recovery management services.
  • The Insolvency Exchange (TIX) - Managing all aspects of  personal insolvencies; including trust deeds and IVAs.
  • Debt Sale - Helping creditors use the right data, processes and oversight to sell debt portfolios at the right time, for the right price and to the right purchasers.

Equifax services include:

  • Identify fraud and error - Through a comprehensive set of checks organisations can quickly identify and verify an individual’s identity and residency.
  • Assess eligibility - By verifying an individual’s circumstances, including tenancy and residential status, you can make sure they are, and continue to be, eligible for benefits.
  • Inform investigations - Creating robust and reliable evidence for a criminal prosecution by building a complete picture of individuals. Law enforcement organisations can also increase rates of prosecution by finding people who are key witnesses or potential accomplices.
  • Collect debt - The immediate access to reports that trace individuals and assess their financial status and overall indebtedness can help the recovery of debt. This means organisations can more accurately identify the ‘can’t pays’ from the won’t pays’ to make the most informed and appropriate decisions for recovering debt.

Our expertise within the public sector has been gained through working directly with Central Government, Local Government and Law Enforcement agencies. This, combined with our consultative and proactive approach to creating and integrating the best solutions for our clients, means we are well-placed to provide insights to the public sector.
