Have you been contacted by a debt collection agency?

The work we do can include cleansing and updating the data creditors hold on their customers. This is then passed on to Debt Collection Agencies to collect the debt on behalf of the companies.  If you have received contact from a Debt Collection Agency regarding your account or your account is managed by a Debt Collection Agency, please contact them in the first instance with any queries. 

Bankruptcy?

If you have a query with your account, please contact your Official Receiver or Trustee dealing with the matter in the first instance.  If they are unable to assist then please contact 0333 207 0680.

IVA / personal insolvency?

If you have a query with your account, please contact the Insolvency Practitioner dealing with the matter in the first instance.  If they are unable to assist then please contact 0333 207 9307 .
