Are you in debt?
We help high street creditors, such as banks and utility companies to recover the money owed to them. We do not work directly with consumers.
However, we do capture data as part of the work we do on behalf of businesses. In almost all cases, the personal consumer information that we process remains under the control of our clients (who act as Data Controllers under the Data Protection Act, 1998). Requests for a copy of your data should be made directly to your creditor. In instances where you request a copy of your information from TDX Group, we will identify the creditor(s) and will forward the request to our client on your behalf.
To submit a subject access request, please email email@example.com.
