Natalie joined TDX Group in 2015 with 12 years of experience in the Financial Services sector. Natalie is a key part of the TDX Group management team. Her role at TDX Group includes responsibility for the panel of suppliers who deliver for TDX Group and Indesser.

Natalie is driven to do the right thing for her customers and the people who owe them money. Her focus at TDX Group is to drive the constant improvement of how those people with debt are treated. In maintaining the constant improvement Natalie has been key in delivering a number of industry leading initiatives:

  • Vulnerability Standards – further improving the outcomes for financially vulnerable people;
  • Crystal Mark certification enabling all written communications to be suitable for the average reader;
  • Process Integrity – an Oversight Model based on Customer Journey Information which provides certainty in the integrity of the third party debt recovery process.

Additional accomplishments:

A thought leader on consumer fairness in the recovery of debt, Natalie is a regular key note speaker at round tables and conferences. In Q4 2019 she spoke at a number of events including a vulnerability roundtable in Nottingham to an audience of key government debt leaders on the power of data-led conduct oversight.

Natalie was also a finalist in the 2020 Credit Strategy Women in Credit Awards for the category "Transformation of the Year - Non-creditor".
