Mark Richards

VP, Product and Growth Strategy

Mark is focused on defining, launching and managing the development of our products and propositions, as well as our Go to Market positioning of the Debt Services business.

Mark has overall responsibility for bringing together Product, Customer Experience, Marketing Strategy, Debt Sale and Consulting, Solution Design, Client Commercials and Supplier Commercials.

Joining the business in 2007, Mark has great insight into how the business delivers for our customer requirements. His focus is on linking our proposition to the value of the services we deliver for clients.

Prior to TDX Group, he held Collections, Recoveries and Customer Service analytics roles in the Finance and Utilities markets. Mark has personally enjoyed growing as TDX Group has grown and being part of the wider Equifax business.

Greatest Professional Achievement:

Mark was closely involved with the successful Debt Market Integrator win and set up of the Indesser joint venture.

Life outside of Work

Mark has a love of cycling, which was originally sparked by a TDX Group cycling challenge when he cycled legs from Liverpool to Leeds and Leeds to Nottingham. He is also passionate about travel and trying new experiences.
