Liz Chapman

Director of Client Service Management and Operations

Liz leads the Onboarding and Operations functions for Equifax and TDX Group, with her teams supporting new clients as they join and throughout their lifecycle with the company. Her teams handle anything from day-to-day queries, to supporting clients when they want to make changes, or subscribe to a new service, product, or data requirement.

Liz’s daily focus is on building relationships with clients and helping them grow. Her goal is to continue making the industry better by transforming operations processes to make them more straightforward, effective and transparent. All with the objective to deliver better business performance for our clients.

Liz joined the company in 2019, with 14 years experience in the Corporate and Finance sector in a number of roles across Operations, Sales and Risk.

Additional Accomplishments

Liz is a past recipient of the RBS Sapphire Award, the highest International RBS Award that can be obtained for outstanding business contribution, and also a winner of the Young Business Person of the Year Award, from the Welsh Woman of the Year Awards.

Life outside of Work

I love being a mum to my six year old girl. I am half Welsh and half Filipino and enjoy playing the harp.
