Dave has had a career in financial services spanning over 30 years in various operational, supplier management and client facing roles and has 19 years experience in the collections and recoveries sector.
Joining TDX Group in 2005, Dave has played a key role in setting up the TDX Group DCA panel before moving on to various other senior client facing roles managing recoveries management and TIX clients, focusing on client satisfaction and growing the business.
In Dave's current role he is responsible for managing the relationships with our DCAs who are our key partners and fundamental in the success of the TDX Group and Indesser businesses. This involves ensuring that the DCAs are delivering fair consumer outcomes by adhering to agreed strategies and activity levels and maintaining and exceeding TDX Group and industry standards. Dave is also responsible for the insolvency services provided to clients and the relationship management of Insolvency Practitioners, Trustees and insolvency industry stakeholders.
Life outside of Work
Dave enjoys spending time with his partner, two children, and Henry the cavalier king charles spaniel who is the newest addition to the family. Dave also likes to keep active playing football, running, going to the gym and playing golf badly.
