Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer
As the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer, Beth is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for setting our organisation's vision, purpose and strategy. Beth collaborates with leaders from across the organisation to develop our long term strategic goals, secure and implement our investment and deliver business and operating model transformation to drive business growth, increase profitability and make a positive environmental and social impact.
Beth is accountable for delivering a high quality service and positive customer experience to our clients and their consumers, creating a culture and product led organisation to drive sustainable innovation to make the debt industry better for everyone.
Beth has been working in the debt services industry for over 18 years and joined TDX Group in 2008. Since then she has held various management roles at the local and global level, across a number of areas within TDX Group and its parent company Equifax.
Beth has always been passionate about making a difference and creating better outcomes - for the clients who work with us, for the consumers who are touched by our services and for our corporate partners and colleagues who help us deliver on our vision and purpose.
Relevant qualifications: BA Hons Business Studies
Industry recognition: Credit 500 member and winner of the Women in Credit Transformation Leader of the year in 2022.
Greatest professional achievement: Helping secure and create a JV with the UK Government as part of the Debt Market Integrator (DMI) Framework and delivering a successful procurement for the latest Government Debt Resolution Services (DRS) Tender
Life outside of work: Outside of work Beth has hobbies such as running, paddle boarding and yoga that keep her active, and she loves to travel and spend time with her young family and dog.
