Beth Whelan
Director of Strategy and Transformation
As the Director of the Strategy and Transformation Office, Beth is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for setting our organisation's vision, purpose and strategy. Beth collaborates with leaders from across the organisation to develop our long term strategic goals and go to market plans to deliver business growth and profitability.
Beth is accountable for product and marketing, Customer Experience (CX), creating a culture to drive sustainable innovation, operational planning and execution and our social value strategy and measurement of our impact.
Beth has been working in the debt services industry for over 15 years and joined TDX Group in 2008. Since then she has held various management roles at the local and global level, across a number of areas within TDX Group and its parent company Equifax.
Beth has always been passionate about making a difference and creating better outcomes - for the clients who work with us, for the consumers who are touched by our services and for our corporate partners and colleagues who help us deliver on our vision and purpose.

Greatest professional achievement: Helping secure and create a JV with the UK Government as part of the Debt Market Integrator (DMI) Framework and delivering a successful procurement for the latest Government Debt Resolution Services (DRS) Tender
Life outside of work: Outside of work Beth has a young family who keep her fit, busy and happy.
