Beth is responsible for all of our debt services products across all three brands TDX Group, Equifax and Indesser including

Beth is accountable for the development of the debt services growth strategy to ensure we achieve our business goals. Working closely with industry consultants, sales, customers, and suppliers, she identifies current and future markets, regulatory, technology and competitive trends to develop the debt services product proposition and strategy.

Beth is currently responsible for the TIX transformation programme and migration to the cloud as well as launching CyberFinancial in the UK, a SaaS Collections platform with integrated Equifax data to help clients deliver better consumer outcomes.

Beth has been working in the debt services industry for over 15 years and joined TDX Group in 2008. Since then she has held management roles across a number of areas within TDX Group and more recently Equifax. Beth has always been passionate about delivering real value and a great service to our clients. She was responsible for our two biggest clients whilst she was a Senior Client Relationship Manager and has set up our Client Service Management function prior to joining the product team four years ago. Starting in the Equifax Global Collections and Recoveries Product team Beth was responsible for the global revenue across five regions and the delivery of the transformation programme to migrate our collections platform into the cloud.

Additional accomplishments:

Beth is a founding member of the Diversity and Inclusion team at Equifax and has been instrumental in building the internal business network, InterACT. Beth also strongly supported Equifax in signing up to the Women in Finance Charter and was a finalist in the 2020 Credit Strategy Women in Credit Awards for the category "Team Player of the Year - Non-creditor".
