The DPS team leader will be responsible for a variety of work streams within the Debt Purchasing area ensuring we are meeting our client requirements.
Leading, developing and coaching a team to a high standard. Motivating the team and supporting them to ensure that they remain focused on delivery against both expectations and Service Level Agreements.
To work within the Third Party Conduct and Oversight team to manage, adapt and deliver its oversight framework of debt recovery suppliers (DCAs).
To conduct first line monitoring, maintain consumer excellence and deliver programme reviews to the oversight framework. Managing and keeping ahead of inherent risks and consumer excellence to ensure DCAs remain compliant with TDX Group regulatory obligations and client specific requirements.
You will be responsible for the overall performance management of the Debt Collection suppliers, ensuring the suppliers used deliver the right outcomes in the most cost effective way, and ensuring that TDX Group’s compliance and risk obligations are managed.
This role is critical to our continued growth in established markets and expansion into new markets. The Director of Liquidation Strategy and Products is accountable for maximising the revenue and margin delivered through our debt recovery and debt sale platforms and services.
To build and develop an MI suite to support TDX Group’s management of it's suppliers, ensuring KPIs, and SLAs are tracked and reported, and that information is available to inform management decisions.
Working within the Analytics team, liaising with key external and internal contacts.
Leading and developing a small team of high performing analysts.
Expected to deputise for the Analytics Manager when they are unavailable.
You'll be based in one of our cross discipline Scrum teams, and your team will work across our full suite of RM products and features.

This role includes building and managing a local analytics team as the business grows, liaising with offshore teams (UK/Mexico) to deliver projects.
Accountable for successfully delivering client engagements across a number of TDX Group clients covering multiple industry sectors (e.g. Financial services, Utilities, Telecoms).
Responsible for the ownership and management of key internal and external stakeholders ensuring delivery to client expectations and TDX Group earnings objectives.
