TDX seeks to appoint a 3 years post qualified solicitor to join their busy and successful in-house legal department. Working to support the General Legal Counsel on all legal issues that arise during normal course of business, with emphasis on assisting the commercial side of the business and liaising with other subject matter experts within the organisation.

The TIX team are the key decision processing engine and liquidators of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). This includes reviewing and decisioning new proposals, managing existing cases and managing exception queues generated by their bespoke IT systems in order to ensure that IVA’s are liquidating in line with expectation and achieving maximum returns for their creditor clients.

The Senior Strategy & Insight Analyst will lead projects to deliver demonstrably and sustainably superior liquidation performance.  This will be achieved by identifying enhancements to liquidation capability, translating these into products or tools that can be delivered and sold to the market, providing insight analysis in new client acquisition and working with our agency network to maximize liquidation strategies for existing clients.

Team: Advisory

As a Consultant your primary responsibility will be playing a key role in the delivery of high quality Debt Sale and Advisory engagements to TDX Group’s client and prospect base. You will also be responsible for supporting the design of propositions and solutions for clients.

Senior Client Relationship Manager

Team: Client Relationship Management Team (Liquidation Services)

You will be accountable for successfully delivering client engagements across a number of TDX Group clients and ownership of a specific client sector (e.g. Financial services, Utilities, Telecoms, etc)

Team: IT

The role will involve working as part of a development team, liaising closely with the wider IT department to understand our products and applications. Your primary responsibility is to deliver quick quality developments to further enable and drive the success of our entrepreneurial business.

Head of Agency Management

Team: Liquidation Services

You will be accountable for the performance of the TDX Group Debt Collection Agencies ensuring that as a business we optimise our supplier engagements, maximising the return for both TDX and our clients. You will also be responsible for the development of TDX Group's agency management strategy and for driving competitive advantage through our execution of recoveries activity.

Team Manager

Team: TIX

The role will involve leading, developing and coaching the TIX operational teams to a high standard. Motivating the team and supporting them to ensure that they remain focused on delivery against both expectations and Service Level Agreements. Promoting continuous improvement and challenging the status quo to help develop new processes and innovative approaches to enable business success. You will be responsible for all aspects of process and team management ensuring client commitments are exceeded and processes operate in a controlled and cost effective manner. Ownership of building and maintaining relationships both internally with operational support teams and external clients/partners.
