User Interfaces
Accessing PLATO is simple, providing you with an intuitive user interface via your desktop where you can manage key business processes including agency allocations, account lookup, query work queues and reporting. PLATO is cross-browser compatible with support for all major browsers.

Data Integration
PLATO utilises flexible ETL capability allowing PLATO to integrate with your existing systems seamlessly using your existing file and data exchanges, which makes integration a breeze - we do all the data integration so you don’t have to, saving you time and cost.

Data Storage and Reporting
PLATO stores all your data in a structured and organised way to ensure your data is at your fingertips when you need it governed by ISO 27001 standards. Robust controls ensure only those with the right permission can access your data whilst our data warehouse and OLAP cube technology allow you to interrogate, report and extract data at will.

Orchestration Services
The PLATO platform processes over 10 million new placement accounts per annum leveraging decisioning, enrichment, placement, reconciliation and workflow technologies in a scalable way.

Authentication and Authorisation
PLATO provides multi-tier security and role-based user profiles to ensure only those who are meant to access the platform can, and functionality is customised to the specific user roles in your organisation.

Hosting and Infrastructure
PLATO is delivered via the cloud via a Platform as a Service (PaaS) model which means that all hosting of the application is taken care of for you, giving you the capability without the investment in infrastructure, or running a large integration project. PLATO is hosted on resilient infrastructure with the full disaster recovery that you would expect for a business critical system.
