We're not as big as many graduate recruiters but we're not small either - some (including us) would say we're just the right size. We're also not desperately corporate. If you're the right kind of person, we think you will find us interesting.
Having launched in 2004, we now have a thriving team of over 160 colleagues in Nottingham, with a growing team in Madrid and businesses in South America. Technology, data, insight and imagination run through everything we do enabling us to develop market-leading solutions to help creditors (such as banks, utilities, media and telecoms) liquidate debt . . . not just more effectively, but more fairly. Because, simply, it's the smart thing to do.
We're keen to extend our products and ideas to a wider group of clients and markets, both in the UK and further afield. We are looking for talented graduates to help shape our future.
How will it work?
When you join us as a graduate, you'll immediately be working in a specific role supplemented with projects that will allow you to develop and experience a broad business perspective. You will be getting your hands dirty from the outset with real responsibilities, and because we don't make a fuss about hierarchy, you will be working directly with colleagues from every level within the business, including our founder and CEO.
Your career progression can be rapid at TDX, assuming your performance is as impressive as we know it can be! You'll be mentored by one of our senior managers to make sure that you can progress into a role that will allow you to further build and develop your career in TDX.
What we are looking for
- a strong academic record (minimum 2:1 degree)
- good analytical and quantitative skills which you can clearly demonstrate
- commercial acumen, entrepreneurial outlook and the drive to solve problems
- innovation, creativity and flexibility
- good communication skills, impact and leadership ability
- demonstrable appetite to excel in your studies and outside interests

Training and development
You will receive ongoing training and development, including coaching and mentoring, from day one. Our graduate induction programme will enable you to understand our business and sectors and equip you with the skills you will need initially. This will then be supplemented by a formal development programme and on-the-job coaching. Your training and development needs will be reviewed regularly and you will receive regular feedback on your performance and career development.
Your progression will be largely determined by you. While we have talent review programmes, what you do next will be the result of your performance, interest and drive.
Selection
Our selection process will comprise of two stages and will include a number of interviews, exercises and tests. We want to learn more about you, but we also want the process to be enjoyable, enabling you to learn about TDX and to meet as many colleagues and senior managers as possible. We want you to feel that you are joining an organisation that meets your requirements and will enable you to develop personally and professionally.

Summer Interns
We are also looking to offer a number of summer internships which will typically last for four to six weeks during July and August.
We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate the same qualities as those who will be successful on our graduate programme.
