Are you a talented graduate, looking to build your leadership skills and join one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK? If so, we could be the right organisation for you.
2015 graduate programme
It’s been quite a decade for us here at TDX Group! We’ve moved from a tiny kitchen table start-up, with an abiding passion for using data and technology to make the debt industry better for everyone, to being the most exciting and high profile acquisition that our new parent company, Equifax, has made to date. We are now at the forefront of the debt industry, with all of the opportunity that our exciting global ambitions and ever growing international reputation will bring.
But we still haven’t forgotten our entrepreneurial roots! We value insight, creativity, innovation, professional pride and thirst for success above all. We set high standards across all of our teams and take great joy in achieving these and raising the bar higher still. If this sounds like you then come and see us!
As a successful candidate, you will receive training by industry leading experts, to enable you to excel at what you do. You will have a personalised learning plan to support you in shaping your career and leadership aspirations throughout your time with our fast-growing organisation – whatever and wherever you want to be!
Our 2015 graduate trainee programme develops your leadership skills through core management training and three, eight-month rotations in key departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT and Analytics. This will give you multi-functional view of the business, as well as developing your understanding where your preferences and expertise lies.
You will be involved in a number of projects and take on tasks that you would not normally have exposure to in larger organisations. At TDX Group, we expect all our colleagues to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. You will be able to use your creativity and problem solving skills to come up with new ways of doing things however crazy they may be!
