Asset Value Optimisation
Our Asset Value Optimisation (AVO) service provides creditors with the ability to look at current assets and determine whether the maximising solution is to retain these assets on the balance sheet or to sell.  In the last year, TDX Group have worked with half of the major UK Banks in this process and delivered £10m’s in true benefit. 

AVO identifies opportunities to create value in the following ways:

• Changing asset treatment to generate increased NPV;
• Reduced servicing costs;
• Release of provisions to reflect market value premiums above book value;
• Reduction of volatility;
• Release of regulatory capital;
