TDX Group signs British Gas Residential contract

British Gas has embarked upon a four-year relationship with TDX Group, the UK’s leading provider of analytics-based debt management products and solutions. The relationship will see TDX Group manage British Gas’ late final debts following British Gas’ own internal customer recovery treatments of its residential customers.
A major part of TDX Group's role will be to rigorously select, manage and oversee the activities of all Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) and ensure that British Gas’ residential customers in recoveries continue to be treated in line with best industry practices and with the utmost dignity, respect and fairness.
By using TDX Group's award winning specialist recoveries systems, British Gas will also be able to deal with customer queries and complaints with greater speed and consistency.
