Memberships

The Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only association in the UK representing the debt servicing industry.  It works with, and for, members, providing accreditation through the Code of Practice and aiding professionalism and best practice through information, advice and training.

CSA members perform an important function for the UK economy, in that they are instructed to collect more than £5 billion of distressed debt per year representing more than 20 million individual cases.  CSA members range from major multi-national companies through to mid-sized operators and include many smaller more locally focused businesses.

The Debt Buyers and Sellers Group (DBSG) is a dedicated specialist group within the Credit Services Association (CSA), covering the entire sector of buyers, sellers, intermediaries and investors.

Debt sale and purchase of distressed debt has truly established itself as a key part of the recovery process.

DBSG members benefit from membership by their close association and involvement with key issues in the industry, and thus, being able to provide leading edge services to their trading partners.

DBSG members shape the future of the industry, promote best practice and, through group membership, ensure good, strong reputations and credibility.

ACA serves members and represents the industry by:
