TDX Group is solely a provider of business services to creditors and debt portfolio owners. We do not work directly with consumers, as these services are provided through our supplier partners. However, below are some of the available resources for consumers facing difficulties with their debt repayments.
The Debt Standard
The Debt Standard is an accreditation scheme for insolvency practitioners. Companies registered with The Debt Standard go through a rigorous auditing process so that you are offered the right debt solution for your circumstances. Where you see The Debt Standard quality mark, you can be sure to receive the right and proper treatment from an organisation that works under best industry practice.
National Debtline
National Debtline provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice by telephone in England, Wales and Scotland. They give expert advice on dealing with debts and back up their specialist advice over the telephone with written self-help leaflets which they can send out to you for free. They can arrange for a debt management plan (DMP) for free, although this will depend on circumstances.

Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)
The Citizens Advice service is a network of charities that provide free, confidential and impartial advice on a wide range of problems. From over 3,200 locations across the United Kingdom.
Citizens Advice Bureaux help people solve important problems, including debt and consumer issues, benefits, housing, legal matters, employment and immigration. Advisers can help you fill in forms, write letters negotiate with creditors and represent clients at a court or tribunal.

AdviceUK
AdviceUK provides support services and is the main point of contact and provider for over 1000 information and advice centres spread throughout the UK. About 300 centres provide debt advice.

Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS)
CCCS is a charity funded by the financial services industry specialising in debt management plans.Some people benefit from just counselling, others need a more structured debt management plan (DMP). You can arrange this by making an appointment with a counsellor. The CCCS Service is completely free and confidential, whatever the outcome.

Payplan
Payplan provide a free debt management service. Payplan is an independent company whose aim is to help people set up and keep to a manageable repayment plan.
Payplan is paid for by the credit industry who believes people should have access to free help with their debt problems. This means that Payplan can offer clients a totally free service and 100% of an individual’s payment goes towards reducing his/her debts.
