CURRENT VACANCIES:

TDX Group is currently looking to recruit a Debt Collection Agency (DCA) Manager to join our Recoveries Management department. This is a pivotal role in our business and takes responsibility for the overall performance management of our Debt Collections Agencies and their performance. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in relationship or supplier management with strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Temporary Finance Assistant

TDX Group is currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a temporary basis for around 3 months starting in August / September 2010. In this role you will be working within our finance team taking responsibility for general administrative finance duties and for providing support to the other Finance Assistant in the team. You will also be dealing with financial queries from across the wider business. We are looking for someone who has experience of working within an accounting / finance role previously who is able to commit to a temporary assignment for around 3 months.

TDX Group is currently looking to recruit an Operations Specialist to our Financial Difficulties department on a temporary basis for around 3 months. This role sits within our Insolvency Exchange team who are a key decision processing engine for Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs). The purpose of the role of Operations Specialist is to review and decision new proposals, manage existing cases and manage exception queue. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator who is able to work independently as well as part of a team. Although this role is initially a temporary opportunity the role may become permanent at the end of the contract.

Client Relationship Manager

TDX Group is currently looking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager to join our Recoveries Management team. This is a key role within our business which takes responsibility for creating and managing the positioning and messaging of TDX Group’s product offerings ensuring that we manage and deliver our clients’ expectations across multiple and complex client accounts. We are looking for someone who has prior experience in a client management role with experience or industry knowledge of the financial services, mobile telecommunications or utilities industries. We are looking for an excellent communicator who is a flexible, confident and an enthusiastic self starter who strives to build successful working relationships internally and externally.
