Manoj Badale - Blenheim Chalcot
Manoj Badale is the co-founder of a portfolio of fast growth ventures, which he and his business partner Charles Mindenhall manage under their investment vehicle - Blenheim Chalcot. Typically, they start these businesses from scratch, and leverage technology or analytics to exploit a sudden shift in an industry. Manoj was a co-founder of netdecisions group, originally an internet services business, but now a broader based IT services and outsourcing business, which trades as Agilisys. He also co-founded Fluency (sold to venture capitalists in 2003), Eviivo, and Steeltrace (sold to Compuware in 2004), and the Rights Company (sold to Warner Music in 2005). Currently, he spends his time with TDX (financial services), Corporate Pay (prepaid card) and Emerging Media (Indian Media). Manoj is the founder and Chairman of the Rajasthan Royals, the winners of the Indian Premier League 2008.

Manoj is also involved in various charitable activities. He is chairman of The British Asian Trust (part of the Prince's Charities organisation), a s well as chairman of Operation Smile UK, and a founding trustee of the Charity Technology Trust.

Manoj was formerly a partner at Monitor Company, where he spent significant time in the UK, Europe and India. Manoj now divides his time between India and UK, where most of the group's businesses are located. Manoj is a graduate of the University of Cambridge.

Hazem Ben-Gacem - Investcorp
Hazem Ben-Gacem is a Managing Director at Investcorp, a member of the firm's Management Committee, the co-head of its technology private equity activities where he was since its inception in 2001, and a member of the European leveraged buyout team since 1994. Prior to joining Investcorp, Hazem was a member of Credit Suisse First Boston's Mergers and Acquisitions team in New York.

Hazem is a graduate of Harvard University (BA in Economics), and currently serves on the Dean’s Council for the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Gilbert Kamieniecky - Investcorp
Gilbert Kamieniecky is a Vice President at Investcorp. Previously, he worked with Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged Finance Group, the Global Industrials Group and Firm Management.

Gilbert graduated from Cass Business School (City University) with a BSc in Business Studies and also holds an MSt in International Relations (History, Politics) from the University of Cambridge.

Mark Onyett
Mark is co-founder and Chief Executive of TDX Group. Prior to starting TDX Group, he was Director of Risk for Capital One Europe, managing a 450 person strategy, analysis and operations function. Mark joined Capital One in 1996 as a founding member of the UK executive team and worked in a number of risk and operations roles in the US and the UK for Capital One. Prior to Capital One, Mark worked for a leading strategy consulting firm. He holds a MEng and MA from the University of Cambridge.

Ron Reynolds - Blenheim Chalcot
Ron is a partner of Blenheim Chalcot where he supports key portfolio investments - many by holding Executive Management roles within the businesses to focus their growth plans and lead/execute critical operational plans. Prior to joining Blenheim Chalcot, he was a Director within Steria, having various roles managing large scale client contracts; such as the £50M Finance and Accounting contract with MyTravel or as the CFO for the JV between the Department of Health and Xansa - NHS Shared Business Services Ltd. Ron joined Steria in 2001 as the CFO of what was then Xansa North America. Prior to Steria, Ron worked for a leading IT system integrator along with developing a finance career within GE at the start of his career. He holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
